In this newly created role, you'll take ownership of P&C operations, partner with leaders and subcontractors, drive compliance and training, and focus on longer term strategic priorities.Our $100m+ Telco business is fast-paced and ever-changing, delivering major projects such as the NBN FTTN rollout and work with Telstra.
This role offers a unique opportunity for someone to bring structure, alignment, and leadership to our P&C operations.This is a fantastic role for a passionate professional ready to take the next big step in their P&C career and make real, lasting change.Why this role?

Take full ownership of P&C processes and drive real impact.Guide and coach leaders on P&C policies and procedures.Focus on day-to-day operations while driving longer term strategic goals.Lead initiatives to address key improvement areas from the recent health check survey.Collaborate with our friendly experienced P&C cohort for guidance and support.Key responsibilitiesPartner with Operations Managers and leaders, ensuring compliance, training, and alignment with policies.Manage day to day P&C operations to include workforce planning, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent profiling.Coach and guide leaders on performance management and P&C best practices.Engage with subcontractors to ensure they feel supported and valued.Balance an operationally heavy workload with longer term efforts to align P&C strategy with the business's objectives.What we offerEnjoy a hybrid work arrangement working from home 1-2 days per week.Benefit from 16 weeks of paid primary parental leave.Complimentary salary continuance insurance.Discounted Medibank health insurance.Shape your career with an Individual Development Plan.Participate in our Wellness Program with AIA Vitality.Access our OneRewards Discount Program.About youWould suit an experienced P&C Business Partner who's ready to step into a more senior, autonomous role.Has a strong grasp of end-to-end P&C operations to include compliance, training, change management, and workforce support (return-to-work, parental leave, etc).
