You will ensure services are in accordance with the approved sequence of service and established brand standards.Some of the responsibilities include :Perform beauty and spa treatments including massage, facial, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, consistent with Park Club Health & Day Spa's philosophies – beauty from within.Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business.Be familiar with and knowledgeable about the products used, and recommend products to clients to generate retail sales and meet targets.Assist with reception duties and general housekeeping at the spa.QualificationsDiploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalentPrevious experience in a spa environment, confident in performing treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicuresA commitment to health and wellnessExceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a teamStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time managementAbility to create a positive first impression with high grooming standardsFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysJoin us at Hyatt and make travel more human.
