A day in the life

Working alongside our experienced management team, our Therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service with all treatments, performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massages. You'll assist our guests with queries and have in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.

Additionally, you'll assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and booking members and guests for appointments.

This position is a permanent part-time role requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week. We offer flexible working arrangements with some weekend work.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a focus on spa treatments, day spa experience in facial/body treatments, massage, and beauty services, and a strong customer service approach. Ability to promote, sell, and upgrade products and services, along with professional grooming and presentation, are essential.
