This space is more than a retail store. It's a beauty destination where customer experience comes first. From personalised makeup and advanced beauty services to influencer-led events and immersive brand activations, BeautyBar is designed to inspire and connect.

We're looking for Casual Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists, and Beauty Advisors to join our team of passionate, customer-obsessed individuals who love beauty and thrive on creating meaningful connections. If you believe retail should be inspiring, purposeful, and fun — this is your moment.

About The Role

As a key team member in our trailblazing concept store, you won't just be working retail — you'll be delivering professional in-store beauty services and curating a one-of-a-kind customer experience.

This hybrid role blends hands-on beauty therapy with premium retail — one moment you'll be delivering a glowing facial, the next, helping a customer find their perfect foundation match. Every interaction is an opportunity to delight and empower.

As a brand ambassador for MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and Esmi Skin Minerals, you'll embody the warmth, care, and confidence our customers come to BeautyBar to experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, personalised facial treatments in a professional, welcoming environment
• Provide beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to help customers feel confident and cared for
• Maintain high clinical and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with infection control and public health regulations
• Support and assist with in-store activations, service appointments, and brand events
• Step onto the retail floor to engage customers, assist with product demos, and ensure visual merchandising excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values authenticity, initiative, and continuous learning
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the BeautyBar experience to life every day
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (required)
• Demonstrated experience performing professional facial treatments in a retail or salon/spa environment
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols, hygiene practices, and public health regulations
• Knowledge of facial equipment and tools including LED, oxygen, microdermabrasion, and exfoliation devices
• Prior experience in retail, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector
• Warm, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Professional personal presentation and genuine passion for beauty and wellness
  
  

You'll need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead-up to Christmas. Please note your availability in the cover letter section of your application.
