Our client is a multi franchised new car dealership located in the Ipswich area. Owing to recent resignation, they have the need to employ an experienced Parts Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth to this already successful department. You will manage 4 staff members with service / sales department as well as counter sales making the majority of orders. Minimal trade sales currently. The dealership offers stability of tenure, variety of work and a friendly working environment. this is a Monday to Friday only role. The dealership offers genuine career advancement opportunities for deserving staff, and this role can lead to a satisfying career.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent automotive industry parts management experience, a valid drivers licence, preferably having achieved a year 12 level education, and either live commutably from Ipswich or be prepared to relocate. Your experience will be gained in a franchised new car dealership and not in the aftermarket. You must be totally reliable, be seeking a long term role and understand that your positive performance in the job contributes directly to customer satisfaction and therefore the well-being of the dealership.

Salary for the role will fall in the $80k to $90k range (depending on experience) + super + a car or car allowance of $6500.00 annually.
