We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Concession Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs Garden City David Jones concession store

We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs and David Lawrence brands. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession stores, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.

This is a Full Time position where you will be required to work on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
