We are currently looking for an experienced Part Time/ Full Time - Leasing Consultant / Property Manager (Negatable) to our team at LJ Hooker Tumbi Umbi | Killarney Vale in a **Maternity leave position.**

**Some of your responsibilities include**:
- Maintaining accurate communication records
- Perform market reviews and maintain up to date lease records
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports
- Lease preparations, lease signings and renewals
- Maintain up to date maintenance records
- Conduct arrears management processes daily
- Mid and End of Month processing
- Receipt of rental payments
- Provide excellent communication both written and verbal to all clients
**About You**
- Current Certificate of Registration & or License
- Current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Strong administration skills; organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Proven ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, LL & TT
- Work within a team
- Work within the company vision of ' people are at the heart of everything we do'
- Fun approach with sense of humor
- Enjoys being part of a hard working, fun, high achieving, supportive team
- Knowledge of: Residential Tenancies Act and legislation
**Desired Skills**
- Local area knowledge preferable
- Experience in PM Management or similar role
- Previous experience using Property Me
