About the Role

Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Urban or Town Planning with a passion for shaping sustainable communities? Premise is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join our dynamic Environmental Team in Orange, NSW.

Key Responsibility
  • Assist in preparing town and environmental planning reports and proposals.
  • Liaise with clients, councils, and approval authorities.
  • Contribute to a variety of planning and development projects.
  • Support project delivery from concept to completion – on time and within budget.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification (or near completion) in Urban or Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Eligibility for membership with the Planning Institute of Australia (preferred).
  • Passionate about planning and environmental sustainability.
Required Experience
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiar with planning legislation and environmental issues (or willing to learn).
  • Proficient in or willing to learn GIS tools.
