We're looking for fun energetic sandwich hand to join our team in our Rose Bay Retail Bakery located in Rose Bay

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other cafe staff
- Be an ambassador of the brand

- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
- Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.
- Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
- Love bread and love food
- Keen eye for detail & cleanliness
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Experience working in a Kitchen environment

Part-time hours: 10 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
