We're looking for an energetic, hospitality driven all rounder to join our team in our Bowral Bakery located in the heart of Bowral in The Grand Arcade.

Part time or casual position available across weekends, public holidays and week days with no evening work

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Bakery training to deliver Sonoma baked goods thorugh out the day
- Serve customers efficiently
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
- Be an ambassador of the brand

- Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
- Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative)
- Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.
- Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
- Love coffee, bread and food
- Keen eye for detail & cleanliness

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
