**About our Residential Care Services at Monash Health**
Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 18,000 people across a range of specialities.
Monash Health Residential Care provides a home to over 200 people across 4 homes - Allambee, Chestnut Gardens, Mooraleigh and Yarraman.
**About The Role**
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager for Residential Care and working collaboratively with the management of the 4 residential homes, you will be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of clinical standards of care and service delivery, achievement of compliance in all accreditation outcomes and monitor the effectiveness of the Monash Health Quality and Risk Management systems. The role supports the work of the Residential Service Manager Quality and Compliance.
The roll is full-time ongoing and requires travel between the residential care facilities and the Kingston Centre.
**About You**
You will need to have experience in a similar role, in which you have demonstrated success in working within a compliance based aged care environment. You are an excellent communicator, with highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. The incumbent requires relevant nursing experience in aged care standards and quality/risk and compliance sector.

- Current AHPRA registration - Registered Nurse
