Security Solutions Organisation (SSO)

**Job Description**:
We're looking for highly motivated Product Specialist who displays strong skills in product management, relationship building, problem solving, intellectual curiosity, openness, resilience, and the ability to effectively drive outcomes for the business.

In this role you will:

- Develop deep product expertise to articulate the value propositions for Mastercard's security solutions and customer segments
- Collaborate with SSO leads and regional teams to help solve customer problems, scale products across Australia / New Zealand markets, and drive revenue growth
- Rollout new initiatives across Australia / New Zealand markets
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, account planning, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Customer Delivery & Technical Account teams to deploy and implement cyber, fraud, and security products
- Document and manage actions from customer meetings while proactively resolving issues and open items
- Help to tailor product documentation and literature for the Australia / New Zealand markets, which demonstrates understanding of market and industry landscape
- Project management and tracking
- Help to manage and plan SSO communication & marketing activities
- Collaborate with other Mastercard product and segment teams by taking the initiative to build relationships across teams
