About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Product Management Specialist to spearhead our end-to-end product management, quality and certification processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across product management, with a focus on collaborating with suppliers to resolve product issues/enhancements, managing master product data, and ensuring product level compliance & certifications with third-party bodies.

This is a key role in driving our company's transformation from a sales-led business to a more product and marketing-led organisation, as we explore new growth opportunities locally and internationally.

The Product Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and quality controlling product labels, safety data sheets & product specifications, particularly among our cleaning chemicals and environmentally friendly Enviroplus range. They will work closely with our directors, marketing, procurement, sales, NPD/innovation, operations & customer service teams to ensure seamless collaboration and embed the role across our business.

We are also looking for someone who has the ambition to take a step up to lead other business-level processes, quality improvement projects and organisational certification activities such as Ecovadis, carbon emissions tracking, ISO etc; as we have bold ambitions to become a net zero business.
