**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Fleet Controller** to coordinate a fleet of couriers - balancing regulatory and compliance requirements and facilitating courier needs to ensure we make every customer experience outstanding.

This is a **Permanent Full-Time** role located in **Welshpool, WA 6106**.

The role is operated on a rotating roster **Monday - Friday** between an "AM" shift of **06:00 - 14:00** and a "PM" shift of **10:00 - 18:00**.

The successful applicant will be joining our Special Services team. Special Services provides a fastest possible door to door service to our customers 24/7/365.

**Duties**:

- First point of contact for courier fleet
- Allocation, monitoring & management
- To assist the Time Critical operations team to achieve an efficient, timely and cost-effective model

**What We Require**:

- Strong written and oral skills, including well developed persuasive ability
- Knowledge of transport procedures, scanning and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management
- Working knowledge of handling and transportation of Dangerous Goods
