About The RoleAs a Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering, supporting, and improving MIM implementations for high-profile enterprise customers.
You'll engage closely with clients to troubleshoot, optimise and enhance MIM platforms across hybrid identity environments.
This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to support both managed service engagements and project-based work, contributing to the ongoing lifecycle of critical identity infrastructure and uplift to cloud native Identity services.
We are seeking high performing candidates who are customer-focused and can demonstrate exceptional technical and communication skills.

You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in your work.
We are open to candidates from Melbourne only.
Due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
Duties
Deliver expert-level support, configuration, and enhancement of MIM solutions
Design and implement MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules, and lifecycle policies
Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronisation, flow, and access issues across integrated systems (e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD, HR platforms, SQL)
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise enterprise MIM environments
Participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives, or transition strategies involving Entra ID or modern identity platforms
Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides, and knowledge transfer artefacts
Provide advisory and delivery support across both managed services and project-based MIM engagements
Contribute to internal knowledge, improvement of delivery standards, and capability uplift
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.

Skills & experience
A minimum of 5 years of Professional Services and ICT Technologyexperience with a strong focus on Microsoft Identity
Hands-on experience with MIM Sync rules, workflows, portal configurations, and integration with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, and SQL
Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, attribute mapping, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning
Ability to engage with enterprise clients and translate technical concepts into actionable outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Scripting (PowerShell), and documentation skills
Exposure to broader Microsoft identity solutions (e.g. Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM) is desirable but not required
Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or operational IAM role preferred
Proven track record of successfully maintaining and delivering identity and access management projects for a variety of clients and industries.
Understanding of identity and access management best practices, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
