About Our Client
My client is a financial services firm that provides a diverse range of services including asset management, banking, advisory, and risk and capital solutions across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and commodities. Known for its entrepreneurial culture, the firm is a major player in both traditional and emerging markets, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
Job Description
Conduct gap assessments against DORA requirements and develop remediation plans
Design and implement ICT risk management frameworks and controls
Lead or support resilience testing, incident response planning, and recovery strategies (BCP/DR)
Develop and implement third-party risk governance aligned with DORA
Coordinate with compliance, legal, IT security, and vendor management teams
Deliver training sessions, stakeholder workshops, and compliance reporting
Utilize GRC tools to manage risk registers, controls mapping, and compliance metrics
Liaise with EU regulators (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA) and internal audit teams
The Successful Applicant
In-depth understanding of DORA and ICT risk frameworks
Proven experience in cybersecurity, operational resilience, or business continuity
Familiarity with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA)
Proficiency in GRC platforms and risk management tools
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
Experience in consulting or financial services is highly desirable
