**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better. As a **Manager - Trustee Review** in our Insurance Services team, you are responsible for leading a team of Claim Review Specialists to independently review insurer decisions and monitor compliance with service level agreements to ensure high quality customer experiences are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive the execution and delivery of strategy and lead the Trustee Review team in delivery of services for members, advisers and employers.
- Act as a key stakeholder in service level reviews of our insurers to ensure that agreements align to best practice claims outcomes for members and industry expectations.
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships within Australian Retirement Trust, insurance providers, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies, fostering relationships which support the needs of Australian Retirement Trust and advocate for the best member outcomes.
- Design and deliver reporting to the Board and other senior stakeholders, demonstrating compliance with statutory requirements and identifying opportunities to introduce efficiency or improve member outcomes.

**About you**

You are a people leader with a genuine passion for customer service and the ability to drive excellent customer experience. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience within the Australian Insurance industry, supporting a team of professionals to deliver to the highest standard.
- Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare and present reports or submissions at all levels, representing the members and the clients' interests with integrity.
- RG146 compliant Diploma of Financial Services (FP or DFP or equivalent) is desirable.
