Administration & Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking an organised and friendly Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and stakeholders
- Assisting with general administration duties, including answering phones, responding to emails and managing correspondence
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for our teams
- Organising and managing catering requirements for events
- Managing, preparing and maintaining presentation of meeting spaces
- Liaising and supporting our retail dealership network

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a diverse and autonomous administration role
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
