Administrative & Customer Service Assistant (Education and Training)

**About the Role**:
We are now looking to hire an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant on a permanent full-time basis to join our friendly, supportive and high performing Frankston based team. Working in our training team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and other visitors as well as providing general administrative support to our department.

**_ Responsibilities include:_**
- Directing customers to appropriate services
- Administration of student enrolments, student data entry and processing
- Filing, file audits, taking payments, vet track reporting and student mailing
- Working as part of the team to develop performance standards in administrative and customer service areas

**About You**:
You will ideally have previous administrative and customer service experience (preferably from training industry).

An ability to build rapport quickly with customers along with a high level of both written and verbal communication will see you thrive in this role. Our successful applicant will also ideally possess:

- Ability to problem-solve and establish work priorities and work as a team
- Strong administrative and compliance capabilities
- Knowledge of relevant student data software packages e.g. Vet Track (preferred but not essential)
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel

**Additional requirements**:

- A current Working with Children Check or the willingness to gain one prior to successful commencement
- To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers as defined under the Victorian Public Health Order to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19
