Our client is a leading international law firm recognised for advising on some of Australia's most complex and high-profile corporate transactions.

The role
Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to work on headline-making corporate transactions, including:
Takeovers, business and asset acquisitions and disposals
Restructurings and recapitalisations
Equity capital markets work
You will work alongside highly rated partners and a strong team, gaining exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional deals and advising leading corporates, investors, and financial institutions.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
2+ years PQE in M&A or corporate transactions (preferably at a leading firm)
Excellent technical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to provide strategic advice
Strong team orientation and a willingness to mentor junior colleagues
Commitment to building long-term client relationships
