**The Power Generation department are currently seeking an experienced supervisor with demonstrated leadership and knowledge of the industry to drive success here at WesTrac.**

The Field Service Supervisor - Power Generation is responsible for leading a team of Field Service Electrical Technicians to support Power Generation with the provision of future growth in Hybrid and/or Electrified Equipment. They will liaise with both internal and external customers for all Caterpillar and Caterpillar supported equipment.

**Location**: Perth Airport (Anderson Place)

**Roster**:5/2 10.5hrs (Monday to Friday - Permanent Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Western Australian "A" Class Electrical License
- Demonstrated experience in Power Generation products
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information quickly
- Demonstrated understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management
- Experience managing / supervising a field service division is highly desirable
