About the role:
Tasks and Duties:

- Responsible for first contact with a new client after engaging our services and informing them of the procedures for completing their matter(s) efficiently and effectively, including introduction to assigned file manager(s) (administrative matters) and assigned responsible migration agent(s)/lawyer(s) (legal and procedure matters)
- Contacting clients about visa requirements, and collecting documents
- Interacting with the clients to discuss requirements
- Ensuring performance and client satisfaction during the matter and feedback after the matter
- Manage multiple matters with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Collect appropriate information and documents from prospective clients before referring enquiry to the migration agent.

About You:

- General Skilled Migration

Important: We are not looking to employ either a Migration Agent or Lawyer. We are looking for an experienced assistant to assist the Migration Agent/Lawyer.

Skills Required:

- Sound knowledge and experience with LEAP Migration Manager is preferred, however experience in other practice management software will be considered.
- Able to work autonomously with a professional manner at all times
- General office management and ability to work with others
- Able to communicate effectively
- Legal drafting experience
