The position also includes managing the Pre-Admission Clinic, Discharge Planner, and Cardiac Liaison Nurse teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote quality customer service and excellence in patient careProvide leadership and implement clinical and operational strategies in alignment with the local service planUphold and promote the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care TasmaniaManage human, material, and financial resources effectivelyDevelop and advance the clinical specialty as a centre of excellenceWhat You BringAHPRA RegistrationRecent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital settingThe ability to work independently, proficiently, and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activityProven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others within a mission-based organisationFor further information, please contact Annie Ramsay, Deputy Director of Clinical Services, at .
