**The Role**

This position plays a key role in streamlining and improving our aftermarket operations. You'll lead process standardisation, governance, and system enhancements while managing a dynamic team. Your focus will be on efficiency, innovation, and digitalisation to support business growth and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process Development & Implementation - Review, refine, and establish best-practice processes for PSD operations.
- Business Efficiencies & Lean Initiatives - Identify and drive improvements to maximise productivity.
- System & Process Oversight
- Standardise SharePoint usage across national teams.
- Manage and enhance Epiroc Management System (IMS) for process control.
- Oversee WIP & Service Variance Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Design and implement new document templates to streamline operations.
- Lead warranty oversight and governance improvements.
- Leadership & Team Development - Coach, mentor, and empower a diverse team.
- Digital Transformation & Automation - Drive initiatives to modernise and optimise business systems.

**What We're Looking For**
- Essential: Strong experience in business process development & change management.
- Advantageous: Background in Lean methodologies and familiarity with SAP.
- Preferred: Passion for automation & digital transformation in business operations.
- Required: Proven ability to lead a diverse team and adapt to new challenges.
