Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- As Team Lead, your role is to provide supervision and team leadership to ensure aircraft refueling operations are performed and completed, safely in accordance with prescribed aviation standards. You will plan, organise, direct and control one or more aircraft refueling teams and refueling activities from both an administrative and operational perspective

**About you**:

- To be successful you will demonstrate the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Aviation Operations, Petroleum Services, etc.) from a recognised institution, and/or significant relevant experience.
- Relevant Management/ Leadership training and/or qualifications.

Ideally you will demonstrate the following:

- Formal Leadership Training
- Experience and Competencies - Essential
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the requirements of one or more of the following regulatory frameworks: AMO, CASA, EASA and/ or FAA, pertaining to the refueling of aircraft
- Extensive experience performing Hot and Cold refueling

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
