Job Title: Flight Line Maintenance Coordinator

Description:

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that aircraft are prepared, configured, equipped, and replenished for the flying program. This includes monitoring the HATS flying program and allocating aircraft to sorties. You will also manage the flying aircraft by coordinating aircraft replenishment and maintenance in support of the flying program.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the transfer back of flying aircraft to maintenance at the completion of daily flying, ensuring aircraft are prepared for the next week's flying program. You will attend daily maintenance operational planning meetings and set priorities for daily maintenance requirements. Ensuring all line maintenance requirements are pushed into the aircraft maintenance management system is also a critical part of this role.

In addition, you will dispatch aircraft after maintenance release has been issued and provide technical assistance to aircrew in relation to aircraft acceptance and release. You will also coordinate MTF activities and manage aircraft Rate of Effort (ROE) to ensure aircraft meet their respective maintenance plans.

Safety is paramount in this role, and you will be responsible for monitoring the flight line for safe operations during fueling and flying operations. In the event of an emergency, you will invoke an Emergency Response Plan as required.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role with aviation experience. Previous experience working with maintenance management systems is also an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a high tempo operating environment. High level of computer literacy is required.
