Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Animal Production Advisor to join our Field Services Team. This role offers hands-on field experience, professional development, and a competitive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice on animal production to customers and staff.
  • Mentor staff in developing technical and sales skills.
  • Develop customized annual production plans for clients.
  • Implement targeted programs using diagnostic and data collection services.
  • Gain an understanding of merchandising operations while working closely with experienced advisors.
  • Provide end-to-end customer service from request to delivery.
  • Work across multiple branches in Northern NSW with exposure to a regional network.
  • Participate in a structured graduate program commencing early 2026 or sooner.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student with tertiary qualifications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to change and effective interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in animal production and technology.
  • A passion for developing technical, management, and leadership potential.
  • Demonstrated participation and leadership in extra-curricular activities.
  • The right to live and work in the specified location.
