**The opportunity**
In this role, you will be the Contractor Care Specialist, taking ownership of the contractor experience from onboarding to off-boarding. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service to contractors and consultants.
- Establishing consistent best practices in collaboration with P&C and key stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues related to employment.
- Ensuring accurate contract administration, including pay rates, dates, and employment types.
- Managing compliance documentation for casual conversions, immigration, ABN, and similar requirements.
- Proactively tracking contractors and upcoming contract end dates to ensure timely renewals.
- Managing the onboarding process for contractors and clients.
- Providing training to recruitment consultants on our best practice processes.

**About you**
We are looking for a strong communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Attention to detail and accuracy are important qualities for this role, and you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A solution-focused mindset and a positive "can do" attitude will contribute to your success. Experience in administering employment agreements and contracts would be beneficial, and advanced computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred. Familiarity with Astute, Vincere, and Referoo would also be advantageous.
