Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Educator.
This position requires the ability to design, implement and evaluate educational programs to meet the needs of staff working in clinical environments.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing education programs that enhance the clinical competence of staff;
Collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of education programs;
Ensuring all staff have equitable access to educational support and resources;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must currently be registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. You will also need relevant postgraduate education qualifications or relevant postgraduate clinical qualifications, along with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Additional requirements include:
Comprehensive clinical knowledge and experience in an acute care facility within the Perioperative environment;
The ability to integrate theoretical knowledge and clinical skills to develop, implement and evaluate education programs using innovative educational strategies, tools and approaches;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team;
Commitment to ongoing professional development;
