Clinical Educator – Urology Expertise
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced clinical educator to play a key role in educating healthcare professionals on the administration of oncology medications as part of a clinical trial. This is a flexible, as-needed role requiring clinical expertise, teaching abilities, and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will have extensive urology experience, including surgical procedures, outpatient care, and device-based therapies. They will be responsible for delivering expert-level education to healthcare professionals, conducting on-site training sessions, and upholding a high standard of professionalism.
The ideal candidate will apply adult learning principles and customer service excellence to enhance training effectiveness. They will maintain SME expertise in all matters related to the oncology product and procedure, successfully complete assigned training programs within the required timeframe, and provide detailed written reports and feedback following field visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Extensive urology experience, including surgical procedures, outpatient care, and device-based therapies (e.g., catheters, stents, implants, and minimally invasive technologies).
Demonstrated success in clinical training and education, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on clinician proficiency.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Registered Nurse (RN), or medical device specialist, with deep expertise in urologic procedures.
Minimum two years of clinical or related experience in clinical education.
