Deliver training and maintain user and internal documentation
Support issue resolution by providing functional and system insights

Gather and interpret user feedback to inform product improvements
Communicate feature updates, roadmap changes, and key developments
What You Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent industry experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Specialist—ideally in SaaS or software development
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, BPMN)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear technical specs
Experience developing documentation, workflows, and user stories
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, time management and collaboration skills
Ability to work autonomously, juggle changing priorities, and stay organised
A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability

Work with purpose-driven people solving meaningful compliance challenges
Enjoy flexible working, great culture, and plenty of opportunities for growth
Help shape the digital products used across Australia's largest industries
