White Lady Funerals, part of InvoCare, operates over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

As an Arranger Conductor, your role could involve serving families in your community by arranging and preparing all aspects of funeral services.
This position offers opportunities for personal growth, skill development, qualification attainment, and career progression in a meaningful industry.
Responsibilities of an Arranger Conductor include:
Planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the funeral service, offering various options to families.
Working closely with families from first contact, guiding them through the process, and responding to their requests.
Executing the funeral plan on the day, directing the team, and supporting the family.
About you:
You have a strong customer service ethic and pride in service delivery, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
You maintain a professional attitude with empathy and compassion.
You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
You possess excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
