This role involves serving families in your community by arranging and preparing all aspects of funeral services. You'll work closely with grieving individuals, guiding them through requirements and responding to their requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and implement funeral services, ensuring families are informed of options to honour their loved ones.
  2. Work closely with families from first contact, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  3. Direct the team and implement funeral plans, supporting families on the day.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service ethos and pride in service delivery.
  • Professional attitude with empathy and compassion.
  • Comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license.
