**Macmahon** is seeking a dedicated and experienced **HSEQ Superintendent** to join the underground team. If you are passionate about ensuring the health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met, we want to hear from you.

**About the role**
Advise project management and project personnel of the requirements of legislation, guidelines, Codes of Practice and Standards relevant to the workplace.
Lead and motivate all site personnel to demand high standards of safety performance.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe work environment.
Monitor compliance with legislative and company HSEQ standards.
Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs.
Proven ability to manage and advise on HSEQ matters in high-risk environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication to the line manager.
A proactive attitude to driving safety culture across the underground business.

**About you**
- Cert IV in Health and Safety (Essential)
- Cert IV in Training and Assessing (Desirable)
- Underground mining experience (Highly Desirable)
