Job Summary

MACA is seeking a highly skilled Regional HSEQ Superintendent to oversee all HSEQ related matters for 14 mine site operations and numerous crushing projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of HSEQ systems, including auditing and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HSEQ strategies to ensure compliance with ISO standards and Worksafe/DMIRS requirements.
  • Lead audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Work Health and Safety or related field.
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment and/or Lead Auditor Qualification desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HSEQ leadership roles.
