**What's the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**

Deliver training to online students in Certificate IV in Information Technology in the specialisation fields of Networking and System Administration.

Develop session plans.

Mentor and assess student competency from different cultural backgrounds.

Work within the student-centric ASQA compliance framework.

Maintain all relevant student records and administration.

Contribute to content development.

Participate in industry consultation, and scheduled validation and moderation meetings.

Provide support for the design and development of training material.
- Be flexible in delivering training in line with students' availability.

**Who are you?**

Minimum 3 years of industry experience preferred

Minimum 3 years of training experience preferred

Previous experience as a trainer and assessor in an online environment

Attained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent

Hold a Diploma or Higher Education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant stream

Evidence of industry currency and professional development in vocational education and the IT sector

Experience in delivering eLearning materials in a variety of media formats

High level of written and oral communication skills

Have a respectful and professional manner
- Have full Australian working rights
