ICT Trainer and Assessor

About the role

We are currently seeking a Trainer and Assessors for ICT (Information and communications Technology Training Package including Networking and Telecommunications Major) courses.

VET trainers/assessors are responsible to deliver and assess learners according to the session plan, submit complete student work in a term to term basis and participate in training validation activities. Candidate must be aware of necessary procedures to meet various regulatory requirements such as ASQA, ESOS, and AQF.

Selection Criteria

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed
  • Relevant industry working experience
  • Be able to provide evidence of industry currency
  • Training and assessment experience in the VET sector
  • Be able to demonstrate continuous professional development records
  • Knowledge of ASQA compliance and other applicable standards and legislation
  • Good presentation, communication, and organisational skills
