What You Will Achieve
- Provide timely and accurate financial information on request enabling analysis and review of company performance
- Provide product costs for both internal and External customers
- Update and maintain finished product and component costs in SAP
- Work closely with Finance Manager and Site Finance Lead in the provision of timely and accurate production variance reporting to Senior management and corporate reporting requirements.
- Completion of the Annual Standard Costing and Plan process along with calculating standards for new products as they arise throughout the year
- Assist Managers throughout the site with Cost Improving (CI) Lean finance support including metric analysis
- Support and assist in the preparation of Month end including Inventory reserve
- Support and assist with the data analysis and preparation of head count reporting
- Provide LEs (Latest Best Estimates) for production variances. (MUV, PPV, RIDS, Inventory)

How You Will Achieve It
- Provide data relating to, WIP, MDFs, and Manufacturing Variances
- Inventory Analysis attend MRB meeting and provide reserve for any materials or wip at risk of rejection or excess
- Value and get authorization for Material destruction forms for stock write off
- Monitor PC1 and R&D inventory and reallocate
- Perform Adhoc Costing Analysis duties
- Month end tasks such as Inventory reserve
- Assist with the reporting & commentary for Overheads, Inventory & MUV. ( Both Month & YTD)
- Support and provide data relating to Direct Labor, Monthly Full Time Employees, and WIP
- Plan/ Latest Best Estimates Vs Actual Production Throughput and Variance Forecasts
- Overhead recovery analysis
- Plan vs Actual monthly output reporting and analysis by SKU

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Tertiary qualification (preferably Accounting/Commerce)
- Past experience in Product Costing and Financial accounting & Management Accounting, Inventory Mgt. & Procurement & Fleet Management
- Financial modelling and analytical skills
- MS Office Programs experience with Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ABC costing methodology and hands on experience using ERP system.
- CPA( Aus.) & ACMA & CGMA (UK)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
