5 As Healthcare Solutions Partner (HSP) your impact will span across 5 franchise business units with your ultimate goal of executing initiatives that accelerate time to diagnosis or time to treatment, ensuring a better customer experience for our patients.
- In Australia, patients wait far too long before the right diagnosis or the right treatment due to inefficiencies within the healthcare system. To break this maze of suffering patients, YOU will be instrumental in the design, testing and deploying innovative solutions both digital and non digital. Being a customer - focused role you will have direct impact focusing on projects that may include expansion of existing solutions, co-creation of new solutions or addressing scalable above franchise solutions.
- The HSP will champion agility and collaboration ways of working to enable effective team work across a matrix environment to build solutions based on customer needs. You will need a high degree of resilience managing setbacks with a positive outlook and demonstrate courage by seeking new challenges. We value an entrepreneurial agile mindset to which they operate non-hierarchical and constantly seeking improvements based on data and insights from stakeholders or environmental trends.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- External customer relationship management - manage important customers / customer groups with guidance from HNPs or field task force as relates to co-creating, testing, validating or deploying innovative solutions
- Internal customer relationship management - acts as business partner to appropriate internal stakeholder groups (eg. IBT's, enablement functions etc) to gather insights / define problem areas and build plans for co-creation of innovative solutions
- Project Management - accomplished project management leading cross functional task forces through NVS innovation stage gates to deliver innovative solutions that address identified pain points
- Operational requirements - manages the end to end approval for getting a project off the ground as it relates to enterprise policies / procedures, country regulatory codes / codes of conduct ensuring adherence to legal, compliance and risk management requirements
- Business Case Contribution - is familiar with business model canvass and can contribute insights to business concepts to quantify current costs, justify project investment and identify the positive impact or key learnings to improve upon in future work
- Insights and Reporting - Solution design grounded in customer insights; measure and track against outcome metrics to update relevant stakeholders on implementation and proactively identify the need for pivots.

- Experience in customer solutions design and implementation based on human centered design principles
- Demonstrated track record in project management methodologies from defining, planning and execution with success
- Entrepreneurial expertise, skills and mindset
- Experience with Agile ways of working eg. prior experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication style with change management experience
