Healthcare Project Manager QLD - Digital Xray & Image Guided Therapy Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to join our team in QLD. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and internal project teams. You will be responsible for conducting site assessments, creating project plans, setting milestones, and communicating with stakeholders throughout all project phases.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business for our diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapy portfolios across QLD, WA, and NZ.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
  2. Conduct site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs
  3. Perform risk assessments, create budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs, and create accurate quotes
  4. Set project milestones, plan, and interface with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
  5. Ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time
  6. Conduct regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Manage and communicate project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule
  8. Conduct pre- and post-calculation project reviews, including lessons learned
  9. Organize the execution of the installation and user training
  10. Manage the transition from project execution to closure and business support
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong project management skills, clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent, and ideally be a Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent).

A proven track record of project management experience within healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery, or construction projects in a B2B environment is essential.
