**client, a prominent multinational organization with a vast global presence across various industries**, is actively searching for a highly
**accomplished Sales Leader** to assume the pivotal position of
**Global Head of Sales - Mining**

Reporting to the CEO, the role will be based in Perth, Australia and will involve working closely with and leading multi-disciplinary teams spread over diverse geographic regions including Australia, New Zealand, UK and the USA

This is a critical role, and our client is progressing swiftly with interviews and other selection processes to expedite the overall hiring process

**About you and the role**
- As the Global Sales Head Mining, you will lead a world-class team, leveraging your expertise and vision to drive exponential growth, tap into new markets, and forge lasting partnerships
- You are a global sales leader who has managed a business with a size of $20 million to $30 million
- You have global sales experience and are not specific to a region
- Mining experience is a must
- You will have the ability to engage consultatively with executive leaders with both the internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively define and develop compelling business cases for **Digital Transformation**:

- You will be a strategic and visionary leader with the ability to gain management buy-ins, someone who can define sales strategy and develop business cases, lead proposal strategies, offers and its execution
- Also, you will be in charge to drive sales strategies to new heights, inspire and lead teams, and achieve unparalleled success and drive overall customer satisfaction by ensuring timely feedback, quality assurance and leveraging effective communication strategies
- Present sales and account plans, business development funnel development, sales forecasting, coaching and developing teams
- You will bring over 10+ years of sales experience with a **strong consultative approach in mining industry (exposure to manufacturing industry is nice to have)**:

- The role requires extensive travelling (50%)
