Folder Operator - Commercial - Packaging Print Manufacturer

Location: MacQuarrie Park | Full-Time 14.00 - 22.00 | Competitive Pay

About Us

We are a leading Commercial - Packaging print manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and service. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Folder Operator to join our busy production department.

The Role

As a Folder Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folding equipment to deliver high-quality print finishing. You'll work closely with our production team to meet deadlines and ensure exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate folding machines (e.g., Stahl, MBO, Horizon)
- Monitor production for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and targets
- Follow all WHS and company procedures

About You
- Previous experience as a Folder Operator in a commercial print environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 37.5 per week
