The Technical Lead - Identity Platforms role sits at the intersection of security, scalability and developer experience. We illuminate the property journey for all stakeholders by simplifying complexities; driven by expertise and our exclusive data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and people leadership.
Design and maintain scalable, reliable identity systems that enable seamless and secure user experiences.
Champion engineering excellence through best practices, clean code, system health and automation.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture and other technical leaders to shape and deliver strategic initiatives.
Experience leading engineering teams, with a background in platform or security engineering, is essential. Strong technical knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), including authentication and authorization systems, is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including authentication and authorization systems.
Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
Strong technical expertise in security engineering and platform development.
