Job Title: Senior Identity Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Architect to lead our team in designing and delivering robust, secure, and efficient identity systems.

This is a critical role that plays a key part in our digital transformation journey, requiring both technical expertise and people leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform or security engineering, with experience leading high-performing engineering teams.

The role involves mentoring and guiding engineers, partnering with product, design, and architecture teams, and driving best practices in clean code, system health, and automation.

Requirements
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and people leadership.
  • Design and maintain scalable, reliable identity systems that enable seamless and secure user experiences.
  • Champion engineering excellence through best practices, clean code, system health, and automation.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Architecture, and other technical leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience leading engineering teams, with a background in platform or security engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), including authentication and authorisation systems.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and technical domains.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry security and privacy frameworks, and a pragmatic approach to applying them.
