**Role Overview**:
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Sales, Specifications, and Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project coordination, ensuring customer requirements are met, promoting our products and systems, and achieving our targets and KPIs. You'll work closely with sub-contractors, internal stakeholders, and customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for sub-contractors and project coordination matters, maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Engage in contract negotiations and agreement closures to maximize profitability.
- Provide on-site support to stakeholders as needed, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Offer technical assistance and training to stakeholders on proper product installation and compliance.
- Ensure accurate ordering and supply processes for an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to address technical and design challenges.
- Conduct compliance reviews of site installations, generate reports, and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential customers and expand opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on project progress to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and systems.
- Promote and market the products and systems positively to customers.
- Prepare and present account status reports to the National Sales Manager when required.
- Meet all performance targets within specified timeframes.
- Adhere to administrative protocols and timelines for paperwork completion.
- Cultivate a positive working environment by setting an example of accountability, positivity, and results-driven behaviour.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, building supply, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in articulating the value proposition effectively.
- Ability to identify and address risk perceptions.
- Proven track record of building strong, positive relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, adhering to company policies, procedures, and OHS practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Quick problem-solving skills and proactive issue management.
- Proactivity, flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- Excellent listening
- Negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and database software.
- Possession of a current driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes, including overnight and interstate travel.
