**About the opportunity**
In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and templates for the Employee Payment Project.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation across multiple sub-projects to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, supporting decision-making and ensuring transparency.

**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI, with proven experience generating meaningful insights from complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving program needs.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions based on data.
