We'd love to hear from ambitious and passionate people to join us as a Membership Consultant at Fernwood Fitness Browns Plains, on a part-time basis (approximately 10 - 20 hours/week and likely to increase over time).

You will be the face of the club and the first step in creating the perfect Fernwood member experience for all those who come into contact with the club.

Responsibilities would include answering calls, making sales calls, booking appointments, showcasing the club, selling memberships and outreach activities. Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of the Fernwood experience.

We are looking for a woman with:

- A friendly and outgoing disposition;
- Punctual, diplomatic and sincere with strong team focus;
- Displays a high personal standard of presentation;
- Is computer literate;
- A hands-on, positive, and can-do attitude, and is a natural motivator.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Drive to achieve the best results for our members, and to further her career in the health and fitness industry.
- Available at least two evenings Monday to Thursday until 7pm.
- At least 12 months in a sales/call centre role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $32.78 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
