We are looking for a high-energy **Field Sales Manager** based out of **Perth**, to join our Western Region sales team.

You will lead the sales team towards growing the current business through the existing customer base & segments, as well as capturing new customers and creating opportunities to sell value add products and services.

You will effectively lead and develop a high performing sales team to successfully implement the regional sales strategy that achieves or exceeds the regional sales targets.

We are looking for a strategic and humanistic leader who is process & action oriented. Someone who has the drive and resilience to take on a new challenge and grow personally while adding value to the Hanson business. Most importantly, we are looking for a great leader who fits our culture of diversity & high performance and who is willing to learn and grow.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Embed a sales and marketing excellence culture & process for the regional sales team to cultivate commitment and spur on sustained high performance
- Optimise internal processes to enable the sales teams to sell more effectively
- Inspire, motivate, coach and develop your sales team to efficiently execute the sales strategy and deliver on the regional sales goals and objectives
- Cultivate and leverage existing customer relationships and key influencers in major customer account segments to achieve the new business goals of sales growth
- Take a lead role in identifying & developing key strategic business opportunities within the allocated market, from product development to tailored customer solutions

- A positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
