Are you an experienced technology service delivery business partner ready to pivot your career and make an incredible impact?

**HESTA Technology**continues to expand its capability to support HESTA's future ambition through the delivery of business solutions and innovative technologies that enable critical business outcomes. The Technology Business Partner - Service Delivery is the strategic conduit between HESTA Technology and our Service Delivery partners for the purpose of delivering a great employee experience for technology services to our people.

The Service Delivery role provides a single interface for technology to the business and our strategic partners to develop and optimise technology operations, strategic uplift of technology end user computing experiences with a focus on IT Service Management process, operational delivery of tools, resources and security to deliver on our employee experience outcomes.
