Strategic Talent Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned business partner to support our global technology team.

This role plays a key part in shaping talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and building organisational capability while strengthening team culture across Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic people plans for respective client groups in partnership with other Technology Business Partners.
  • Partner with General Managers and their broader teams to align people initiatives with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with P&C centres of excellence to drive initiatives across client groups.
  • Identify future functional capability needs, including succession planning, capability development, coaching for performance, and managing change.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations into complaints and grievances.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and diversity & inclusion.
  • Influence and coach managers and team members to model desired values and leadership behaviours.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of business partner experience with at least two years partnering with technology teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or a business-related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering results-driven people plans.
  • The capacity to be an effective change agent continually evaluating and championing change initiatives.
